I stayed the same which is still up from where I was 2 weeks ago - however, several parties might have something to do with that. I am seriously hoping to see something lost next week because I only started my changed approach on Sunday.
At least I have started losing some inches - wish there was a place to keep track of these stats with the weight

OK going to try a different tack now, have given up on the new weight watchers points plus because it just is not working for me so I am going to stick with the WW style eating but record in fatsecret using calories, fat,carbs etc. I have also realized that I have not been eating enough protein and that I needed to get back on the B12 and B co mainly because I wasn't eating meat hardly at all - the B12 and B co should hopefully increase my energy levels again. Now it is just a case of really sticking with the diet and moving more. Here is a funny thing, I was told by a nurse at the weekend, that I have probably been flushing the electrolytes from my body by drinking
too much
water?? going to cut back from the 3/4 gallon a day to something a little less that 1/2 a gallon and see how that goes too.
Comments anyone? I would really appreciate some input because I am failing miserably right now :(

Well I really messed up last night after a good day - I was still working at 8:00 and thought I would just have some tomato soup, that led to crackers and then I got hungry and wanted to eat everything in sight BUT I did still have a net loss of calories, how come I put on another pound when I weighed this morning? I think that I need to be able to record measurements because maybe I am gaining muscle from all the cycling, canoing etc.

I can't explain this and it is very frustrating - maybe that single hamburger I had on 4th July or hopefully it is fat turning to muscle??

Today should be a good day - made myself get up and go cycling at 6:00 this morning even though I didn't feel like it, I feel great now though. Busy day at work today and may cycle into town to pay bills at lunch time. Eating healthy yesterday and today - let's see if I can really get back on track now
