5/23/11 149.4lb, 39.4BF, walked all day in Manhattan yesterday--knee hurt a lot. I am so bummed--following Atkins but added Atkins bars for breakfast. Gaining weight. I must remember that I look great and I have a whole wardrobe of spring/summer clothes that fit me. Patience!!!!!

5/22/11 148.6lb, 38.6% BF; yesterday biked 1hr and 45 min, 11miles. Surprisingly it didn't hurt my knee at all and this morning I'm walkig better. Weight still unchanged but my BF is continually decreasing. I like that a lot but will be happy when the scale agrees with me. Patience!

5/21/11 149lb, 39%BF. I am SO bummed. Can barely walk and gained almost 2 lbs. Had planned to bike, hike, etc with our grandson this weekend who is visiting from another state. After days and days of rain, today is a beautiful day. I know that water weight can account for my gain and since I have been true to my diet that must be it but it all just feels crummy. This too shall pass.

5/20/11 147.8lb, 39.6%bf, walked 2.5 mi--painful so stopped. VERY painful evening-could barely walk. UGH!

5/19/11 147.4lb, 39.8%BF, walk/ran 3.5 miles yesterday. Slow but sure now. Knees hurting from exercise--hope I can keep it up--I LOVE walking by the river-almost feel like a runner (memories) :)
