It don't want it bad enough. Even with setting up my goal weight at only 10 lbs less, I don't make time to excercise or plan dinners. I continue to drink and binge some days, and don't add my calories in daily. I think that if I screw up one day the diet is ruined, which is silly.
I need to want it again.

Random Randomness going on.
I moved my goal weight to 249 and just work from there. Might be easier to just do it 10 lbs at a time. Going to take a walk tomorrow as today was raining cats and dogs and I just ended up going back to sleep this morning.
It's amazing how when one thing changes in your life, you can get inspired in other areas as well. I had recently lost my main factory job, just leaving me with my one waitressing job. I didn't realize how much that was bogging me down. I've made other changes that I had been afraid or hadn't had the time to do before. I've found another waitressing job in Green bay and they are sooo nice :)
I've stopped biting my nails, and they are starting to look nice. (I must not be as stressed.) I'm just hoping I can now start really concentrating on my weight loss. I guess we just need to keep plugging away at it huh?

I'm blaming stress and little red riding hood. We went to the Milwaukee public museum, and saw the titanic exhibit. Was great but too packed to get a good viewing of things. What really excited me was going into the butterfly room and having one land on my head :) I'll see if I can post that photo and the photo of me that made me snap back into it...damn, I got heavy. Maybe this is my Ah-hah moment. I hope so...wasn't loving that photo.

When I was looking up a video to help someone else, I came across this video, and it really has stuck with me. It's about alcohol and dieting.
Alcohol and Dieting
I need to make it a special occaision and not a habit. 3 days now I have not been exercising or eating healthy, which is in part to little red riding hood. I need to find a way to not give in to those cravings as well.

I expected a gain this week. Not because I've been bad necessarily, but I knew that with being ill I would get really low then have a "gain" this week. Not upset about it at all. :) I'll have a loss next week. Hope all is well...
