I made it to the end of another week. This was the end of week seven for my own personal challenge to get back to healthy from my knee injury. I have to say my knee doesn't hurt all the time. I have been good about wearing my knee brace during excerise and I think this has helped. I was even thinking of adding an extra day of leg routines to build more strength up in my legs. Throughout this personal challenge of getting healthy creating routines has helped me stick with eating and excerise. When I deviate from my routine that is when I am tempted to stray from my healthy commitments. This week I am going to try extra hard to maintain all my routines (this is mainly for the weekend) to stay on track.
This week coming up is going to be a challenge to get to the gym because my son has a million things I have to take him to this week for swimming and his fall show. I hoping to cram in my excerise and maintain my 5 to 6 days in the gym.

I have been working really hard this week I was hoping to lose more than a half pound. I know it is a loss but it would be nice to get to the 140s. I am going to work hard this week to get me to that next goal. Though since I have been eating healthy and excersing since my knee has been better I have lost a total of 13 lbs. Hopefully I can lose two pounds this week to see my next goal. It gets so frustrating losing small numbers when you eat strict and workout consistantly. Though I have to remind myself of how much muscle I have gained and so I probably have lost more fat than the scale indicates in numbers. Good luck and till next week for bigger numbers.

I am so happy because I made my goal this week and lost so much more than last week. I finally have my meals under control and a gym routine. It is Nov. and I can concentrate on getting to 145 this month. I now feel stronger and in control of my life again.

It has been four weeks since I started going back to the gym and eating better. Last week I was able to maintain my food and excerise journal. I have lost 7 pounds in four weeks even though I only lost about a half pound this week. I know this is mostly because I let myself have a cheat night and I gained a little back from the last week. I know next week I'll have even bigger numbers with sticking to my plan. My goal for the next four weeks is to see another 8 pounds gone.

Today was great. I got to sit around the house and catch up on The Biggest Loser for a little bit. I usually never have time to just sit. Then I tried Body for Life's cinnamon roll protein shake recipe. I have to say it did not taste that good. Then I did one of my old workouts at the gym. I had forgotten how hard it really was and after my cardio I got sick at the gym. Though it was nice to know that I can still push myself. Hopefully, tomorrow it will be a little easier and my body won't be mad at me. Now I am ready to make dinner and try a calming asparagus soup. Till tomorrow!
