14 pound to go! I have most definitely turned the corner and am very determined. I have amazing will power now. I went to the movies Saturday night and stayed away from the popcorn, mm's and soda that I usually consume! Also, we went to a BBQ place last night. I stayed away from the muffins that I usually eat w/o problem. I need to work on breakfast. I'm struggling to eat breakfast and I know that I really should to jump start metabolism. I still feel like I have the flu but yet strangely energetic??? My blood sugar must have crashed yesterday afternoon because I was extremely irritated (which is not like me). I was a little better after eating but it took me a while to stabilize my sugar.
