Had a great work out today! 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes of weights. I increased my weights by 10lbs on all except the bicep curls. I love a good sweat. Yesterday I cheated, I had a hot pretzel at Sam's, it was so worth it. Today I've had a small glass of V8 and a bowl of bean soup. I feel so good. Weight is holding steady but clothes are definitely getting looser.

Today my mom had to work so we aren't going to exercise. We use the gym at her apartments. I have so much energy to waste though. I'm going to do laundry which involves going up and down stairs. I hate stairs they are so scary to me. I need to eat but am not really hungry yet. I also have to take DD to a Dr.'s appt. It's really hard when I'm out not to stop at a drive thru.

I actually started on October 23 and have lost a total of 23lbs. so far. It's been extremely easy and I can see making a life change with this. I'm really surprised at my lack of craving for junk food.
