Well, last week totally sucked. I ate out almost daily and my weight shot up immediately. It must have been water retention though because as soon as I started back on the diet I went back to 256. Whew! That was a relief. I'm loving the gym. The machines are so much nicer than the one at the gym at my mom's apt. complex. I never stopped working out even though I ate horribly. My jeans I put on today were actually baggy!!! Life is good.

What a horrible weekend for me! I ate so much bad food. I did try to eat good foods too but I feel horrible. I joined a gym yesterday and worked out there today. I'm really going to be sore tomorrow. At least I didn't stop exercising over the weekend. My stomach doesn't handle the junk food too well anymore either. I threw up this evening. It's back on the wagon for me now. I hope I can do better.

Today I found out that somebody in a different state was writing checks on my account. Well, I showed them, I had a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and half of a small order of fries from Wendy's. Argh!! I could kick myself. Oh well, I'll do better for the rest of the day. The bank is going to give me my money back so all should work out. It's just not something I wanted to deal with so early. So instead of working out at 9am I did it at 12pm and it's so much harder later in the day. I only walked for 10 minutes and lifted a few weights. Tomorrow I won't work out at all because it's my day off. Next week I'll really have to get with the program.

I allow myself to cheat once a week, today was that day. I went to Olive Garden. I had some salad, stuffed mushrooms, 3 breadsticks and about 1/4 of an order of Chicken Alfredo. It was sooooo good. I did my 35 minutes on the treadmill this morning and 20 minutes of weights. I will also walk tomorrow morning to make up for the day I missed earlier in the week.

Today is so dreary. I didn't go to work out until noon. I did do my 30 minute walk at 3.0 (my goal is to get up to 3.5) plus a warm up an cool down totalling 5 minutes. I really didn't tbink I'd be able to do it today, I'm proud of myself.
