I've been taking my time to educate myself on healthy eating, for years I've heard of this diet on that diet and heard of all the people failing. I want to loose weight but more important I want to educate myself on maintaining that loss. For the first time in my life I'm actually sitting researching not how to diet but how to eat healthy. I started by watching hours of Youtube and reading plenty of articles, Slowly I've moved away from BMI and learned about BMR, TDEE and Macros. I've always known exercise is good for you but only once you start calculating the numbers do the lights come on. I've calculated my BMR then my TDEE on the lowest level. Then read that you can drop your calories by 20% and realized I'm back at my BMR, so only answer is to get off my ass and get some exercise so i can actually get somewhere.
