I return with my head bowed down in shame, I lost track of my goals and let things get out of control. For the last few months I have not tracked my weight and slowly allowed myself to get back to my old routines. I'm roughly 118kg currently and have realized that I'm on my way back to the old me. This was not the first time in my live I've tried to loose weight and each time has gone the same. I've recently discovered Guys like ObesetoBeast, Possible Pat, Wetbreast and others on Youtube who have had much harder journeys than me. I cannot blame anybody but myself for this failure, I let things slip back but it's time to give this another try.

Hopefully I can get some help on here. I've been reading up on macros and prepping meals before hand to stick to your eating plan. I'm finding a ton on info on Youtube how to prep the food including recipe ideas, from 2 day prep to 1 week prep.
Now my question is how do you keep the food safe, seeing as most of the food is not really meant to be kept for a week. Do you freeze the meals and move a days worth of food to the fridge each day slow it can slowly defrost?
I work shifts so need to be able to prep at least 4 days ahead and still have the food safe.
