Well, another day, Thank God I am feeling better!!
I am not going to do my Yoga/Stretches today.
I want to be fully recovered before doing them, so I can do them right and not slack on them, or cause a relapse in my illness.
So I am still counting my calories tho.
I need that, no matter what the day holds, my calorie count comes first.
I have to keep tracking and not eating the things I shouldn't eat, no matter what happens to me.
More later I am sure.

It is after 6pm.
Another day and still I am not feeling better this evening, even tho I have spent almost the whole day in bed, sleeping.
I will get over this!!! I have to. I have some living to do, and I can't do it in bed.
Tomorrow is another day, and this one is almost over.
Never, ever give up, that is my motto today.
I will be better tomorrow, for sure.
I rested today, from the exercises, and slept, so, tomorrow I will get back at it. That is the plan for now anyway.
I was just reading a bit of my former journal posts and have realized that I am becoming used to this site.
I have learned to add food to my food lists. I have learned to reply to messages and posts and best of all, I have found a place to be able to record and post my thoughts and my foods and know it may even be helping someone else from their reading my posts.
Great place to be, when you need mental support and you also want to try to help others too.

I am still a bit under the weather to day. I think it may be sinus related? But am not doing any of my normal exercises today, a day off won't hurt and may help my body to heal.
I will continue down my path of no sugar, and watching my calorie intake, so that will keep me going in the right direction.
I didn't even weigh in today, I don't have the urge so I am not.
I must keep in mind that I am in control of what I do and what I don't do, and I need a day off from some things now and then.
It won't push me off track but it will help me to heal, and keep on moving downward in my goals to lose the weight and to get more into a better lifestyle, one that keeps the weight off too.
Onward and Downward!!! My new motto it seems. lol
