Definitely dehydrated before. Have stuck to 1500 cal and that last weigh in was a big outlier.

Came pretty close to fainting while watching Creed at the cinema. A combination of stress response from the fight scenes and low blood sugar. I'm pretty sure that given my ectomorph body type, a low carb diet is NOT FOR ME!!! I really am feeling the loss of focus from going higher protein.

This is basically what I'm doing already. I'm checking out macro-nutrient balance now as well. Going for 40 carbs 30 fat 30 protein as going any lower than 40% carbs seems too difficult. Will cut to 60kg then switch to 50/25/25 and up to 2k calories. That's the long plan anyway..
Aim is 60kg by 1st Feb. May as well do a before and after for motivation:

1500 calorie is JUST sustainable. Gets hard when I run, workout and swim. Could probably consider making it a little less of a calorie deficit on workout days, but I'll go hard while I have the discipline to. Can always make it more reasonable later.
