1 week so far on 1200 calories. I have been keeping track on a spreadsheet and just joined this site. Today I put everything I ate so far into my food journal.

Since last Wednesday I have been sticking to 1200 calories +/- 50 calories. Prior to that I was traveling and visiting so it was difficult to stick with 1200 calories, although I did for a couple of the days and other days were around 1400.

I was in warm weather so did some 3 mile walks on 3 of the days but now back home and it's cold and snowy so my movement has been limited. Trying to do some yoga, although that doesn't burn much calories.

I have a weight loss yoga tape from biggest loser but haven't opened it up yet. Ha, ha!!! Maybe I will be motivated by the challenge and start soon.

Saw a post from someone else going through menopause. Same with me, weight is just building up around my stomach. Hoping more activity and less calories for real will get rid of it.
