I am a new 2nd grade teacher with a really hard and stressful class. I just got engaged and want to finish losing the last like 15-20lbs. When I was at school thats all i really focused on and gained alot of weight. Now its time to get back to me. I have tried many different diets and I do good for a while but then slack off. I am hoping to actually stick to one now.
