I am a 39 year old mother of two precious children and wife to a loving husband. I have ALWAYS struggled with my weight, but this year is different. In April, I will turn 40. I want to look and feel better than I ever remember. I have lost 42 pounds so far, but I want to lose another 18 pounds before my birthday. I know I can do it, but I fight my inner-self on a daily basis. So far, I am winning, but I want to continue to win the fight.
