I am new to Fatsecret.com. I have finally decided to lose weight. No more chemicals, or easy fix plans. I met my husband when I weighed my heaviest, 280. He loves me a lot, but worries that I won't be around for any children we might have together. Although a lot of medical problems that are associated with obesity are not genetic in my family (heart disease, high blood pressure etc.) I do want to lose weight, so I can have the energy to keep up with my husband and any kids we might have.
