I am a 37 year old male teacher in western North Carolina. I have been teaching for 15 years, have 2 girls age 9, and a wonderful wife of 15 years. I began to notice my weight 10 years ago when I passed 250. I did Adkins to loose 50#s. I kept it off for a while because I taught college and had options on eating lunch. Back to middle school now for four years, the stress of the last 2 jobs and little time to exercise, I was back up to almost 240.
