Hi! I'm 47, married and in relatively good health. I live in Florida, so it's easier to get outdoors and stay active. My goal is to focus on being healthy and fit rather than "skinny." I used to work out regularly, but after I got married and inherited a step son, I stopped making time for it. 15 pounds later....I need to get back to it! :)
