I am an active 64 yo nun living in the Congo. My lifestyle and place of residence obviously present some challenges, and many choices are not available to me (gym, treadmill, etc.)
I have been overweight most of my adult life, and for the past few years my cholesterol has been high. My goal is to acheive a healthy weight and and to remain active and productive(and in good health) for as long as I can. When possible, I take long walks in the afternoon after work. When this is not an option, I do low-impact aerobics indoors.
