Yep, pizza is hard to resist but the more you do it, the easier it gets. Phase one doesn't allow grains/breads but... if you really need that pizza, in just 2 short weeks you can try using a whole wheat pita bread as a pizza crust, get some ragu pizza sauce without sugar added and make up your own pizzas, fresh made by you with turkey pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, peppers, extra lean ground beef, etc.. just first 2 weeks are important to get you past those cravings and desire to binge eat. You'll feel completely different after phase one if you stick to it 100%, most people are actually afraid to move out of phase one, into phase 2, but its important to move on.
