Okay, things gone completly wrong since my return from Greece. Can not get out of the holliday eating. So starting today i lowered my daily intake and am starting my caloriecounting again. I have to get back on track with eating healthy and responsble. Also this week me and my husband will start a detox program. This means 10 days of taking a nasty liquour for cleaning the bowels and than 30 days of natural ingredient pills for restarting metabolism. So there we go again!!!
