Diario de 143MCW, 25 jul. 07

Day 2 of phase 2. Also, day 3 of walking for 30ish minutes in the morning. I feel as if I am doing well but I don't think I have lost any weight. We won't know until Sunday. I will keep at the walking every morning.

B Fiber One cereal w/ light soy milk (100 calories)
S Half a piece of whole wheat pita w/ hummus (I know 1 serving of breads a day) (140 calories)
L 8 oz pc of Mahi Mahi with lime juice, garlic, and EVOO, mashed cauliflower (roughly 350 calories)
S SF Jello (10 calories)
D Turkey and Cheese stuffed pepper and salad w/ tomatoes, olives, skim cheese and low sugar dressing. (est 500 calories)

Total est calorie count: 1100 (is this enough??)

Workout: Walked from 5:45a-6:25a, upper arm weight training for 10 mins.

well it looks like a healthy diet :) yes, i never had success when i switched to phase 2, but i also never took count of exactly everything i was eating, which is an obviously brilliant thing to do ;) at the least, you shouldn't gain anything, and when you weigh in on sunday, you can decide what to do. keep up that walking!
