day 243..GOOOOOOOD MORNING MY FS BUDDIES..HOPE YOUR ALL WAKIN UP TO A GREAT DAY!!!!! 27 outside, wind chill 16..havent decided if im going for a walk outside, or just gonna go to gym and do the elliptical for an hour, and then do my weight routine after that..weather man is callin for 6-9 inches tonight thru friday morning..so probly wont be going for a walk, or to the gym, instead will be gettin my workout shoveling off the driveway...hopin its a dry snow..lol..but somehow i think its gonna be a wet one..we dont get the snow like we use to, the weather here has changed so much compared to how it use say 5 years ago or longer..so tryin to decide how i can get the best workout in today..i feel like ive lost again, but wont kno till i get on the scales..been watchin my food intake really close this week..no bad foods..and drinkin lots of water to keep flushed out..feelin like i wil hav a loss for my teammates and the black porsches, if i can just get out the drive and to the gym to weigh in..but im sure i will find a way...lol...hope everyone has a great workout, its all gonna be worth it when you hit them goals

ADDON: didnt go walkin today..left knee is botherin me alittle..instead went to th gym tried to do cardio before weights, but after 20 minutes got off the elliptical and just did my weight program...

ADDON: only 3542 steps today due to no cardio...

when i weighed in yesterday i was 1/2 down, since im doing the weights, i dont drop the weight like i was..i might drop 2 pounds one week, then not again for another 2 weeks, seems like its droppin off slower, but i guess thats a good thing..so looks like a girl is gonna beat me...lol...
