Diario de destewmama, 30 ene. 08

Doing well! I'm so pleased that I'm only up half a pound even though it's my TOM! I'm feeling a lot stronger and tighter since I started exercising again, too.

The lack of caffeine from the detox didn't bother me the last two days, but today for some reason it kind of kicked in, I think. YAWN!

I've got to try to work in some more veggies -- I've been bean and fruit heavy. Other than that -- feeling great!
73,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Good for you!!! You have such a great attitude and sounds like you are doing an awesome job. The exercise may be relaxing you more than what you think and that may be why you are feeling tired. That happened to me when I first started exercising. I found that I was sleeping so much better at nights on the days I got to work out. Keep up the good work!!
