I lost a solid pound this morning. Now, this may not seem like much but considering I should be "bloated" today, that's exciting lol. I was going to try to get up early and walk this morning but I completely slept in. I get all excited and pumped up about working out the night before and I can't seem to follow through the next day. I need to start going to be on time lol.
