Induction for a month: As God is my witness!!

Monday April 12 to May 12: No ifs, ands, buts, or celebrations!!!!


1) Running three times a week

2) Induction of 20 carbs or less for the next two weeks through April 26th.

3) good carbs, but calorie-counting from that point on (no alcohol, desserts, or white stuff, i.e., sugar, dough, white breads, pizza, rice, pasta et. allowed in this period still)

SOLEMN PROMISE TO GOD AGAIN!!!

p.s: I have been terribly bad these last few weeks, and been glutunous with a vengeance!! THis madness has got to stop and I need God's help to see me through again--and this time to make it long-lasting!!!

Penance for screw-ups if any/contingency-plan: a complete day of fasting..only water and coffee allowed!

my friend says: "ah, relax, and have some dessert...life's too short!"
me: "..and by eating all this junk, I'm only making it SHORTER!!!"

Enough said.
