I’m sorry Dr. Esselstyn.. I have to resort to a morning smoothie to get the kale in the morning meal too!! I’ve tried for 2 months now but I think this and my morning oats is exactly what I need to bathe my endothelium with nitric oxide throughout the entire day!!

Trying to get enough greens can be tough. I've wanted throw a green smoothie in the daily routine too.

I’m supposed to get 6 servings a day and I struggle to get one in early. I’m following Prevent & Reverse Heart Disease program and they want you to disperse it throughout the day.. so I have to throw the smoothie in.. been trying to get that early day serving in for 2 months.. so it’s smoothie time!

Wow! That's a lot of greens 🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿. I'm following Dr. Gregor's Daily Dozen and he is only recommending 2 or more servings of leafy greens. I think I would have make a smoothie too.
