Keep up the great work. My counselor also has me eating for breakfast, a half of a protein, a starch and a fruit. Then for early morn snack eating a la lite a fruit and a dairy. For lunch eating two veggies, a protein and a starch. For late snack, eating a fruit and a la lite, then for dinner having just left a half of a protein a fat and a veggie. I am on the gold plan. We will see if this works, I did not get in all of my foods at all this weekend and I am up today....so it is always to start over on Mondays....
