Alright FS Friends ... I need your help! I signed up for WW yesterday in hopes of paying for 2 months and then becoming a LTM. In order to do that, I need to lose 5 lbs in the next 2 weeks and then maintain 120 for 6 weeks! I weighed in today and was up .4! Not a good start, but I think I can do it if I try hard enough!

If you signed up yesterday, how did you have a weigh-in today? They once a week on their scale. If you weighed at home, it may be different from the WW scale. Get lot's of lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. Stay away from processed type foods (as much as possible) and drink your water to stay hydrated and flush out sodium. Good luck!
