Had a light breakfast today because last night i had a little too much mashed potato and that was a no no but i will not beat myself up about over indulging in one meal when i have been good all week...Getting ready to do some housework everything from sweeping the floors to changing the sheets and that should be about 2 hrs then relax a bit.then out the door for a walk around the block a few times..feeling good.
