Diario de MarelYVR, 18 ene. 08

Oops... So I've been mistakingly thinking that I was allowed 1 Tbsp of LF peanut butter on this phase... I re-looked at the plan and realize that I was looking at the wrong phase. My calorie level has stayed low but I've really enjoyed a bit of peanut butter with a banana. Oh well. I'll stop right now.

Couldn't kill ya! But, yeah, might want to stick to the plan from now on, at least then you will know you have done everything by the book, and won't have any regrets if you aren't losing as fast as you would like! :)

You're right. I don't have the book, hence my ignorance. I just went back to the website I found the diet on and realized that I had read the wrong list. It could be worse!

No harm no foul! You are doing great and if taking one small bit of pb gets you though the day I don't feel there is anything wrong with it at all! You know what you need to do now and that is what matters! You are doing great, keep up the good work!
