I go to weigh in once a week but sometimes two times if I can spare the morning. I always go at the same time and don't have ANYTHING at all before I weigh in, no coffee, water, bar, etc. Congrats on your accomplishment of getting into the 100's, I loved that number too and now I am trying to get out of the 170's and IT IS KILLING ME....
