I have been keeping up with my low carb diet, exercising daily, and staying under 20 carbs.
Today I ate...
breakfast-1 piece of bacon~.2 carbs
lunch- sugar free Jello~0 carbs
snack~ healthy choice fudge bar=6 carbs
dinner~chicken Caesar salad w/ Parmesan cheese= 3 carbs
1 hot dog with 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tsp ketchup= 2 carbs
ocean spray diet cran-grape juice- 1 cup~ 1 carbs
may have another healthy choice fudge bar for snack=6 carbs
total carb. intake= 18

Exercise= Elliptical for 20 min.
ab work

Comentarios 
Where are you getting salads that are that low in carbs? What stage are you in? Sorry about all the questions, but how tall are you? lol.

you are not eating nearly enough! If you don't take in enough calories, your metabolism will slow down regardless of the exercise. I tried restricting calories once, in addition to carbs and NOTHING happened. When I started eating more, but still restricted calories, I started to lose.
