It is very common for people on Atkins to not have an appetite. This creates a problem for us in getting our required calories then prevents us from losing the weight. I cannot stress enough just how important it is for you to maintain a calorie range of 1500-1800 daily in order to lose. It will take some working at, but start by eating more frequent smaller meals. The less "full" you are, the better able you will be in eating again. Let me know if there is anything you need.
