It is very common for people on Atkins to not have an appetite. This creates a problem for us in getting our required calories then prevents us from losing the weight. I cannot stress enough just how important it is for you to maintain a calorie range of 1500-1800 daily in order to lose. It will take some working at, but start by eating more frequent smaller meals. The less "full" you are, the better able you will be in eating again. Let me know if there is anything you need. 

I go through the same thing, but after 5 yrs I know that my pouch isn't going back to its original size & I know how critical it is to get the calories in. After my 1st week of being back on a low calorie diet I went from being hungry to having to force myself to eat. And I think I'm starting to level out again. I don't know how long you haven't had an appetite but hopefully it'll return soon. Glad to see the Atkins is working so well for you ; ) 

After a few weeks on the Belly Fat Cure plan, I lost my appetite. As I read more about sugar - I think my appetite was driven by my previously high consumption of sugar. Now I control my sugar intake and I have decided to work with it. I only eat when I feel physically hungry. I feel great. I make sure that when I eat I consume really healthy food.
