Broke down and had a piece of garlic bread with a sliver of lasagna on top. Since it’s last day of phase 1, I justified it bc phase 2 allows two cheats a week so this was my celebration. Nails or hair would have been better. LOL. It’s all good! I did 5 days! Can’t wait for weigh in tomo and phase 2!
