clothes are fitting better already been on track for 4 weeks now started slow..eating much less and more healthy meals . walking more and keeping my water bottle full and always at my side. today is a good day i feel so good about myself and the choices i have been making.. doc appt in 1wk am hoping my blood pressure will be at a better number i know every day is a battle..but i feel like the victory is all mine.
