ok, i'm baack! I thought 149 was a lot a year ago, and now I'm coming off 160 lbs. I wasn't even this heavy during my full term pregnancies. So I must get the weight off around my middle - no one talks about the post menopausal spare tire! UGH! I really appreciate the support.
