Diario de MarelYVR, 08 ene. 08

On Day 7... and so far so good. I can't believe it. I'm not hungry and I'm not really craving food... this is something I've never experienced before. I remember hearing how people won't miss sugar etc after the first few days but I had tried it before and did miss it... a lot. I just hope this keeps up. My calorie intake appears to be low although I admit that I haven't exercised. The alarm goes off at 5:30 am and it's just not good and I'm usually at the office until after 7 pm and just can't do it then. I just need to get back into the routine of the competitive swimming that I was doing before and I'll be fine. I'll also be interested to see what the additional foods do to my weight loss to date.
This site is great. Thanks for the motivation everyone!

You are doing great...keep up on the eating and the exercise will fall into place! Remember to do what you can when you can! It defiantly helps! Keep up the good work!

Thanks! It's the 65-70 hour work weeks that kill me. At the end of the day (i.e. 8:45 p.m.) I ended up having an extra small fat-free yogurt in my smoothie. I'll be interested to see what the scale says at the end of this phase as well as I'm on some medications that weight gain as a side effect. I just hope it doesn't slow me as I pursue my goal.
