Diario de Putcake, 24 abr. 12

I have been just totally preoccupied with other things in my life and my diet has taken a backseat. Work has been crazy and I've been out of the office doing inspections - which means eating out more than ever!

I tried to get back in a health mindset yesterday - and did really good considering we went to one of my favorite mexican restaurants. I had an awesome salmon salad - and skipped on the water ice when we stopped later.

It's tough to stay disciplined when I'm worried about so many of things going on with my family. Much of these worries I can't do anything about - but it distracts me from focusing on myself and what I'm eating!

Here's hoping the weather is better this week and we can more family walks in the afternoon.
