Diario de MarelYVR, 06 ene. 08

Well, I'm happy with the weigh-ins that I've had so far although I know it won't continue this way. The first few days were a little challenging and I had a brutal headache - probably sugar withdrawal. My calorie intake has been low but I haven't been that hungry.

I'm not a legume eater but have managed to enjoy some hummus with fresh veggies. Gives some flavour. I also bring a bag of mixed veggies to work to snack on during the day along with some fruit. I've made some slow cooked oatmeal for breakfast every day with a bit of Splenda and some cinnamon and sometimes a bit of fruit on top. It fills me up in the morning.

In general I'm not that hungry so I hope it keeps up!

You are doing great, keep up the good work! At some point the weight loss will slow down, but that is good, it will help you keep the weight off! It might get tough and you will get upset about it, but remember that you didn't gain it all at once either! Best of luck, keep up the good work!
