So tomorrow I'm starting a Paleo Eating Plan and I intend to be quite strict on it with minimal cheating.Hopefully following it I can achieve greater results then current eatinh plan.That means zero grains and meaning peanuts will qualify as a cheat meal as its a legume and falls under grains
