40 Days to Better Living, Day 29, Variety in Color: Faith Life: A time that I thought I was going in one direction with my faith life but ended up going another way was: After Steven and I were seperated I thought I would be angry and dwell in a spot of unforgiveness infinitly. And I felt justified in that. But when I knew of Stevens changes and with the help of the bible studies and counceling I was going to I started to see that I could let my faith grow to its biggest ever. I later even came to realize that because of the heart ache I was pushed to my greatest strength and faith in God. Medical: Dont stop taking meds without doc's aproval. Movement: Go for a walk and take a coin to flip to decide if I should go right or left at each corner. Work: After each hour take a minute to stretch my arms legs and back. Emotional: Make a list of what my expectations are at this point. FAmily and Friends: Have a meal with family or friends and enjoy the company Nutrition: Keep up with keeping a food journal.
...Yesterday I spent some time stretching and prayed about what a healthy spirit is. And I'm so glad I took up the suggestion of inlisting family to help with a task. The kids were soo great with helping spring clean the kitchen. And enthusiastic! They did a great job and most of the tedious tasks are complete. Thank you Lord for your help and guidance.
