40 Days to Better Living, day 28, Spirits: Faith Life: To me, a healthy Spirit means: When one has been in the Word regularly, and so will be able to uphold in time of testing. Spends regular time taking in healthy influences (bible study, church, christian friends, and music). Takes time to expend a Godly influence, blessing, or help for Gods glory (leading in church, helping someone in need). Leans on God first and foremost. Medical: Things I need to discuss with the doctor: Movement: Help a friend or family member or neighbor with yard work or some other project. Work: If i need to spend any time on my feet in the same place for a while do a calf exercise. Emotional: A time that I expected perfection from myself, is when ever I am around a bunch of people. I analize everything I say to people and get down on myself if I realize I said something that was maybe stupid. I pay to much attention to the way I act and look. Its hard on myself I know because I cant just relax and be myself. Family and Friends: Tonight I will have the kids help me spring clean the kitchen. Nutrition: Make sure to trim all visible fat from meat before cooking it.
...Yesterday I actually smiled for 5 min. Its not a bad idea to lift the spirits.
