Faith LIfe:
Today when I pray do a movement prayer
Medical:
Do a self breast exam
Movement:
Today go for a brisk walk and then do 5 min of stretching. Try to stretch as many muscles in my body as I can.
Work:
Today try to do somting the complete opposite that I usually do at work, for 5 min.
Emotional:
Spend 5 min. smiling.
Family and friends:
Ask a friend or family member what he/she likes about my body.
Nutrition:
Include 3 calcium rich products today.
