Ladies and gents I've been out of town but I'm back! Christmas was wonderful. I went home to KY to see my parents and family. I ate all kinds of junk just because it was there! Ugh, I feel so fat. I gained 2 lbs. I am back Extreme Fat Smash tomorrow. I hope everyone's holiday was great.

Everyone's the same way, it's ok. Once I get home I'll be back to doing some sort of diet. Keep it up!
