Faith Life:
Reflect on the journey to this point.
Medical:
Talk to doc. about long term health goals.
Movement:
Do as many jumping jacks as I can
Work:
Break the cycle, of habitual eating, when your not tierd.
Emotional:
Spend time breathing and repeating to myself I can continue this journey.
Family and Friends:
Think of a long term friend I have not spoken to lately and drop them a line.
Nutrition:
Eat some fruit with yogurt
