40 Days to Better Living, Day20, Changing Balance:
Faith Life:
My prayer that anchors me, which I pray everyday is: Lord I pray You would bless, Steven, Holly, Lake, Violet, and I. I pray you would enlarge our territory. I pray you would keep evil from, Steven, Holly, Lake, Violet, and I. I pray You would keep Your hand upon Steven, Holly, Lake, Violet and I. I always feel so bold to ask to be blessed but I am blessed just to have the honor of being able to ask such a thing.
Medical:
Yes I do binge, and obsess about food.
Movement:
Take an extra stroll around the grocery store after being done, picking everything up.
Work:
When feeling overwhelmed take a break and go outside to breath in some fresh air, instead of eating.
Emotional:
I have a very hard time with change. And usually resist it. Go for a walk today and take a different route and reflect on how I feel when I am trying something different.
Family and Friends:
My friends and fam do help anchor me. I'll write a note and thank them.
Nutrition:
Be concious of the calories I add to my salads

...Well I had the salad before the pizza, which was a challenge, but I ended up having 4 pieces of pizza. But it still was an improvement.
Had morning breakfast, which I was pretty good with, and it was a nice family time too.
