Hopefully, the week of my ravenous eating has left me and I can become a normal person again! I need a plan for this eating problem! My exercise program is keeping me on track in that area. I can't seem to get the mouth under control! I know what I should eat... I'm not really eating sweets. When I realized that most of my food breakdown was going into the fat percentage it really messed me up! I need 40 protien, 30 fat & 30 carbs. I can't seem to get there and keep it under 1500 calories. I don't like the eating suggestions because they want you to make certain things. I need simple meal plans like... you can have any of this (list) for breakfast as long as it is this many calories (300??)... Maybe I can come up with something...
