Go for a walk and embrace all your sences, colour, smell, and even taste, the air on my skin and the movement of my body.

Focus on the positive engagement in y work

Reflect on the big picture; what is important to me, what is not?

Have fun with a loved one
Nutrition:
Make ahealthy meal with fresh food, healthy fats and protien, and herbs.

...I spent some time resting, in that sence I painted, I havent done that in years, and I enjoyed it so much!! I also went for a walk and just enjoyed the moment and didnt think on anything. I did a little stretching.
