Didn't enter last night's dinner since I wouldn't even know how to begin. I am certain, even with a light breakfast and lunch, that I "blew it" just a bit. I had 3 beef ribs, a 1 cup serving of home made Mac N Cheese, 1 cup Salad (with bleu cheese dressing)and a slice of garlic bread. I was a bad girl BUT....since tonight is a Tae Bo night I feel better about it and I will be a very good girl for the remainder of the week. I cheated and weighed in early and was down 2 pounds. Not too excited; probably just water weight but for now any time the number goes down it helps me to stay motivated!
