Well my birthday was yesterday August 6th and i turned a young 46 years old.... Took the day off from walking and treated myself to a Cheddars Grilled Chicken Wrap. I KNOW!!!!! LOTS OF CALORIES... OH WELL FOR ONE DAY.

I am going to call my doctor as i am Seeing no progress in weight loss, one of my medication's causes weight gain but i have lowered my calorie intake so much i am not getting the nutrition i should.

1010 calories for today not where i am supposed to be.

I walked 4 mile in an hour and burnt 600 calories, but i don't see it in my body. Waist has gone from a 30 inch to a 33 inch and all my jeans are too small. Kind of concerning.... At first i thought its muscle weight but now, getting a bit worried.

Started my diet at 157 lbs and currently i am at 166.6 lbs.
